Customer service

Complex automation of the lines determined for production and automatic dispatch for BMW motor cars was realized by us together with our mechanic partner, TMT spol. s r.o., for Magna Chomutov in 2018.

Basic applied automation means:

Safety control system: SIMATIC S7-1500, SIMATIC ET200SP.
Visualization: SIMATIC WinCC Advanced, Comfort panels.
Communication bus-bars: Profinet, AS-i.
Circuit-breaker and inverter outputs for drivers.
Induction and optical sensors of conveying pallets.

Our delivery included:

Technical solution, functional analysis.
Creation of electric and technical documentation and layouts.
Development of SW for PLC and HMI.
Cooperation in creation of a communication protocol with a superior system and with a SRS storehouse.
Manufacturing of switchboards and operator panels.
Delivery of whole electric-wiring material.
Electric mounting at the customer’s site
Adjusting and testing of functionality of the whole system.
Operation and maintenance training, creation of manuals.

The dispatch part of the production line, a place of reloading the seats to the dispatch line, the end elevator for the transport of the pallets to the backward branch.

DISPATCH LINE

Automatized transport routes of the dispatch line, a place of emergency insertion of empty pallets.

DUMMY TRUCKS

Transport routes of so-called dummy trucks, which serve to prepare BMW pallets before loading onto Elfliein lorries.

COLLECTION OF SIGNALS

An example of a collection spot with IP67 modules within the Regensburg dispatch line.
