At this time the company acquires most of its commissions in the areas of automation and robotizing in the automotive industry. We carry out a wide range of projects for production, expedition and delivery systems. We are able to equip these systems with a whole range of single-purpose devices, whether they be testers, robotic or other specialized work places. If requested, we are able to combine the above mentioned technology with a custom developed management system (MES).

We consider the area of industrial automation and the management of production processes a very dynamic field. It is based on the implementation of the factory’s considerable demands which among others are mainly technical and contain production flexibility and operability. For these reasons, Amsoft employs a relatively low number of core workers in combination with reliable external workers and suppliers. In this way the company maintains the ability to react quickly to the ever increasing needs of customers who use automation tools which are in constant dynamic technical development.

The basic processes of complex commissions are made up of several individual steps that are tightly integrated with each other (the steps are outlined below). We are able to offer and subsequently fulfill all of the steps or specific areas individually.

studies and technical solutions

We are always concerned with technical solutions and functional analysis at the beginning of every project. As we are forming our cost estimate, we are already studying the requirements in detail and trying to offer various alternative technical solutions. If requested, we are able to conduct a study of the situation which can be used as a foundation for tender offers or as a functional analysis of solutions to the problem.

If there is a clear technical solution, we will start to work on electro-technical documentation. In order to create technological, process oriented and network layouts, our experienced project technicians take advantage of the graphical tool MS Visio. We develop wiring diagrams, including all related requirements, in the Eplan Electric P8 design system.

software

In order to breathe life into the system of automation at the end of the process it is necessary to design and prepare software. Our PLC programmers are focused on the whole range of systems from Siemens Simatic, Mitsubishe and Beckhoff. Our HMI specialists then take over the visualization which they design and program in WinCC, Pro-face, Mitsubishi GOT, Citec and others.

Our production department, which is quite extensive and flexible, is able to produce a whole line of various types of switchboards, operation panels, operator workstations and other necessary components according to the prepared documentation. Without these things, automation technologies wouldn’t function.

installation

The installation groups, which are well organized and professional, are always formed according to the needs of the project. They are able to install and complete everything that was designed and produced in our company. They do an excellent job. The leaders of the workers have more than 25 years of experience in electro-installation.

BRINGING TO LIFE AND PUTTING INTO OPERATION

The last phase, which is often the most demanding, is bringing the installation to life and putting it into operation. The programmers who custom designed and developed the software in nice warm offices now set out to the place of activity where they bring life to the automation technology. After everything is working, they train the users.
